Ava's Giving Tree Fundraiser

To those of you who don't know, my daughter Ava passed away last June from complications of congenital heart disease shortly after a heart transplant operation (her 4th open heart surgery). She was 5 years old. Now, I am trying to raise funds for research to discover the unknown causes of congenital heart disease.

Ava's Giving Tree, a not for profit organization created in Ava's honor, is hosting a Fundraiser on June 12, 2011 in Chicago @6715 N Olmstead from 3-7 pm. (to learn more please visit www.avasgivingtree.com) You are all welcome at our event.
